Terms of Service

By releasing the high-resolution images, Hannah Phipps Photography authorises the client to use the images for printing, websites and social media sites. The images will not be sold or provided to a third party without the prior consent of Hannah Phipps Photography. Upon releasing the high-resolution images to the client, Hannah Phipps Photography is released of all liability for future archiving of the files.

Copyrights: The photographs produced by Hannah Phipps Photography are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). As author of all images and as provided by law, Hannah Phipps Photography shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless or ownership of photographs, digital files or any other format of reproduction.
